Happy Hour is truly an exquisite home, decorated in contemporary muted tones throughout, and comfort abounds. Located in the gated community of Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay, where villas have private sandy waterfronts with calm, iridescent blue swimming areas and the bay beyond, which offers the best snorkeling, kayaking, or paddleboarding. On arrival through the oversized bespoke Jamaican-made door, surrounded by crystal clear pools and fountains, you find yourself in a double-height entrance hall, welcoming you into the main indoor & outdoor living areas and the beach and bay beyond. The formal dining area on the left is curtained by a wall of windows, allowing the sounds of the fountains to murmur through the villa. On the right is the comfortable sitting room, furnished with soft, deep leather sofas – both areas capture the Tradewinds breeze, keeping the villa cool at all times. Walk directly through one of three 25-foot doors onto the outdoor covered terrace, offering more dining and seating, a large bar with an 86” TV for watching your favorite games, and a JUTA D6 cappuccino/espresso station.
Inside/outside living at its best. The covered terrace leads to the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, more dining options for casual lunches or afternoon snacks, a gazebo overlooking the pool, hot tub, and a grassy lawn that borders the 150ft beach below, accessed by a 30ft wide set of steps.
On the ground floor, there is a professional kitchen, where the Chef prepares the most incredible meals for you. The ground floor also offers two bedrooms, including one of the master bedroom suites and the steam & sauna room. Both of these bedrooms have an over-water private terrace that can be accessed from the main outdoor living areas.
The upper level has 5 bedrooms, including the second master bedroom suite, two king-size bedrooms, and one bedroom with two queen-size beds, all with ocean views and private balconies. The fifth bedroom has 3 queen-size beds and faces the gardens and tennis court.
On this upper level, you will also find a massage/spa room with a garden-facing balcony, a super sumptuous media room with a 96” TV and its own entertaining balcony, a JUTA D6 cappuccino/espresso station, and a games room with a pool table, arcade basketball, Pacman, and a foosball table.
All bedrooms have walk-in closets and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Some bedrooms also have soaking tubs. The beautiful artwork throughout the villa, many by well-known Jamaican artists, is stunning and complementary.
Walk down the seaside jetty to a covered ocean-side gazebo with comfortable seating, a bar, and a sundeck for sundowners or a shady place for an afternoon snooze.
The front of the Villa is home to a full tennis court/pickle ball court – lit for nighttime play, a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, and a large lawn for games
Everything in this villa is a feast for the eyes.

All bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, 54” flat screen HD televisions, and en-suite bathrooms, bathroom amenities, robes & personal safes, walk-in closets, a pillow menu, and duvets are also available for the winter months. Ocean & garden front walls of windows all have remote blinds.

Maximum Occupancy Policy
* The property will accept 15 adults with existing bedding
*No outside guests, events, or vendors are permitted at Happy Hour. All vendors (bands, masseuses, etc.), must be chosen from the homeowner's approved list.
*There is no charge for children under 2 years of age
*The homeowner must approve requests for additional guests. If approved by the homeowner there will be a charge of $100 per person, per night.
*The property will only accept a 5-night rental if the dates begin or end on Saturday and generally in low season
*Reservations must begin or end on a Saturday.
*Handicap Information: Happy Hour has no elevators, but the rooms and bathrooms on the first floor are completely wheelchair accessible.
The beach is accessible from the lawn with a ramp to the sea, usually used for jet skis, etc.; photos can be viewed on the website.
