The Villa has been decorated in calm contemporary colors. There is a spacious sitting room that opens onto a large covered verandah, perfect for outdoor living. A dining area for Al Fresco meals and a small seating area, both with views across the small lawn to the sea, benefiting from the cool sea breeze. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.

This villa has a private swimming pool and sun terrace situated on a beautiful promontory which allows for a panoramic view of the coastline between Ocho Rios and Oracabessa.

Prospect Estate is a short distance from the picturesque town of Ocho Rios, one mile east of the White River which separates the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary. The Prospect Estate Villas is approximately a two-hour drive from the airport in Montego Bay and two hours from the airport in Kingston.
