| Cottage 2 features twin 4-poster beds and an en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. The bedroom opens to the central lawn. The back door of this free-standing cottage opens to the pool and pool terrace. | |

| The Main House includes living
and dining areas and two more bedrooms: one with queensize 4-poster bed, the other
with low toddler-height twin beds (also suitable for teens or adults). These bedrooms
share a connecting bathroom with double-basin vanity and tub-shower combination.
Ideal for parents or nanny sharing this suite with children. Sea and garden views.

property is indeed absolutely waterfront and has a small sandy beach. Wave action may sometimes leave the water’s edge pebbly until the gardener cleans it. For a larger beach, Round Hill is just a five-minute drive west. |
