I wanted to take a moment to send you a note and tell you what a wonderful time we had at Serendipity. The trip could not have been better. Everyone in or group was so happy with the house, the staff, the location and on and on. From the moment we arrived the little touches - the staff greeting us at the door, the immediate help with anything we needed, the marvelous meals from Ruby, the superior household help - made this a fabulous experience. Derek left a big impression on us all. We so enjoyed his quiet reserved manner, his excellent understanding of when to be around and his absolutely amazing service to us. I know we are all missing Serendipity, it left a lasting impression that will take a long time to top. Everyone of us wants to return and I hope we can make it a reality. Thank you for helping to make our trip perfect!
