Staff
Hazel is our longtime housekeeper. She will do your laundry and also cook for you on
request. (Do try her homemade soups!)
Gratuity Guideline
- Guests are asked to tip Hazel US$10 per day.
- If you ask Hazel to cook dinner for you, kindly
increase her gratuity by an additional US$25 per day for each dinner.
Hazel’s preparation of breakfast and/or lunch does not attract
an additional gratuity.
Food and Beverage
Present your credit card to the Front Desk upon arrival. This will enable you to charge all Tryall Club service and to establish an account at the Commissary just across the lane. You may join your cook to shop there ~ or simply tell her the items you’d like to have in your kitchen when you arrive. If you wish, she will prepare lunches and dinners for you to enjoy “at home,” either inside or on the terrace. Kindly tip her appropriately if you do ask her to cook in addition to her housekeeping and laundry duties.
