Double doors open from a porte-cochere and rock garden waterfall to a dramatic 2-story entrance hall. This new home’s modern geometric design is instantly apparent. An open-tread stairway with swirled aluminum handrails leads up to the top level; a marble stairway leads down to the very private lower level.

Two air-conditioned sitting rooms adjoin one another. The smaller of the two features a powder room and 50” flat screen television with surround sound. Glass doors open to the pool terrace and poolside wet bar with fridge, ice maker and blender for the butler’s specialties (pina coladas and fresh fruit daiquiris). The second sitting room opens to the only bedroom on this level.

The open plan design encourages guests to wander into the modern kitchen where the Tee Time cook always has something tasty on the stove. Black granite countertops, a peacock blue stone floor and Murano glass pendulum lights make the sunny kitchen as attractive as the rest of the house.
