ENTERTAINING AT SILENT WATERS

The formal dining pavilion, with a 330 degree view over Montego Bay, Caribbean Sea and grounds, is reached by stone stepping pods over the reflecting pool. The dining table is a rare rainbow-colored 15-foot slab of Brazilian granite. Seated dinners here can accommodate 14 guests. The Head Chef is one of the greatest prizes of Silent Waters. His repertoire includes Continental, Nouveau and Caribbean cuisine.

A spacious bar and entertainment area around the pool enable gracious hosting of
intimate cocktail parties, seated dinners for 50 or galas for 100 or more.
Silent Waters is equipped with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and grill.

Silent Waters is an excellent
location for executive retreats.
Internet ADSL service is complimentary.
The conference table can seat up to fourteen.
The piano is a Yamaha Disklavier baby grand, the choice of composers and recording artists the world over. It can be set to play to diners as dinner is served.
The excellent staff includes the head chef, butler, housekeepers, driver, night watchman, maintenance supervisor, gardeners and property manager ... 12 in all.The spacious bar and entertainment area has a television and cushioned seating for 20.
