Seafore sits on a beautiful private
acre at the famous Tryall Club ... 60 yards off the 16th fairway. Manicured
grounds are adorned by graceful palm, lime, mango and poinciana trees and brilliant
hibiscus and bougainvillea. Guests may stroll across the lawn directly onto
the fairway or green to practice. The beach club, golf pro shop, and casual
beach bar and restaurant are an eight-minute walk or three-minute golf cart ride.
Twelve glass-paneled doors open from the living room to the spacious 900-square-foot
verandah and pool terrace. The large pool is kept private from the fairway
by a flowering hedgerow and is drenched in all-day sunshine. An octagonal dining
room with antique chandelier seats eight for delicious home-cooked dinners.
Dining tables are also on the poolside verandah. Four bedrooms are in two
wings separated by living and dining areas. While private and self-contained,
Seafore is only minutes from Tryall's golf and tennis pro shops, beach club, water
sports, boutiques, gallery, bars and restaurants ... within walking distance or
easily reached by golf cart or complimentary shuttle. The Great House verandah
is legend for its afternoon teas and cocktail hours that drift into magnificent
sunsets. For larger groups, Seafore can be rented with its neighboring villa,
Calypso, for a combined total of eight bedrooms, two pools and staff of nine including
two cooks. All guests may enjoy meals together at either villa.

Significant is Seafore's location on the 2,200-acre Tryall Club. Among the most beautiful golf courses in the world, Tryall's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda and other PGA Tour championship events. In-house greens fees are offered to Seafore guests. The resident pro offers workshops. Complimentary shuttles or Seafore's own golf cart can transport guests from the villa's front door to all locations within the resort. Spend days on the sunny beach while waiters serve you from the beach bar. Play tennis on nine laykold courts, lighted for night play ~ all white required. Jog the trails, work out in the gym and utilize the complementary Internet room. Snorkeling, kayaking, hobie cat and sunfish sailing are complimentary. Glass bottom boat trips, charter fishing boats, a boat to the reef and any captained craft attract various fees. Enjoy the historic Great House with bar, boutiques, art gallery and fax machine. Here, too, is the highly-rated Great House Restaurant for Continental and Jamaican dining should you wish to dine away from the villa an evening or two. Tryall is truly one of the distinctive private clubs of the world.
