Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed, attract additional charges.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 25% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 60 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made 61 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 10% cancellation fee and relevant credit card processing or wire fees. (Deposits for Roaring Pavilion, Sundown and Rio Chico are non-refundable.)
