A 25% deposit confirms a reservation. Balance is due 60 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations made 61 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits less a 10% cancellation fee and relevant credit card processing or wire fees. (Deposits for Sundown and Rio Chico are non-refundable.)

A $500 damage deposit also is required; we will refund this promptly when you return home if no damage occurs during your stay. (A few villas require a larger damage deposit.)
