Available - These calendar days are open and available.
Pending Reservation - These calendar days are blocked with a pending reservation. A pending reservation is defined as a reservation where a deposit has not been received.
Confirmed Reservation - These calendar dates have a confirmed reservation. A confirmed reservation is a reservation where a deposit has been received.
Maintenance Reservation - These calendar dates have a confirmed reservation for maintenance or are currently occupied.
Not Available - One booking arrives in the AM and another arrives in the PM therefore the calendar date is not available.
Available for PM Arrival- One booking departs in the PM and the date is open for a new arrival in the PM.
Available for AM Departure- One booking departs in the PM and the date is open for a booking to depart in the AM.
