Malatai is a glamorous new 9,500-square-foot villa directly on the beach in Ocho Rios.

The large verandah includes a comfortable casual sitting area, open-air dining table, games table, and a bar
with icemaker and television. Signature drinks and hors d’oeuvres are offered each evening around the bar.

On the translucent waters of Old Fort Bay in St. Ann‘s Parish, Malatai is one of the newest and largest villas in this collection.
Completed in January 2006, its interior spaces open to the piece de resistance: a 3,300-square-foot white sand beach.

The air-conditioned Family Room features a computer with complimentary DSL Internet access, printer and fax machine.
Surround-sound comes with the 36” flat screen television, DVD and CD players as well as a library of music and movies.

From the state-of-the-art kitchen, home-cooked meals are served either inside or al fresco on the verandah.
As a special treat, the staff will plan a torchlight beach party with a bonfire, mento band ~ and jerk chicken
and pork, tenderloin, kabobs, or fresh fish or lobster served sizzling from the outdoor grill.

ACCOMMODATIONS

All six bedrooms have flat-screen 32” Sony cable televisions, telephones with intercoms,
air conditioners, safes, bathrobes, and furnished balconies or terraces with glorious views of the sea.

UPSTAIRS Two Master Bedrooms	Each has a four-poster kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom with double-basin vanity, whirlpool bathtub and separate walk-in shower (4 waterjets in each shower). Both master bedrooms and bathrooms open to a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.

	UPSTAIRS Children’s Room 3 bunk beds (total 6 twin beds). Bedroom opens to balcony (door to balcony can be locked by parents or nanny). En-suite bathroom has a tub-shower combination.
FITNESS COTTAGE Across the lawn is the air-conditioned Fitness Cottage ... with treadmill, 3 spinner bikes, bench press, free weights, yoga mats, exercise balls, sound system, television and exercise videos.

Stately lions, koi and lily ponds grace the covered entrance.




	The long fence that privatizes the pool, lawn and verandah is designed to roll open to reveal a gorgeous all-day panorama of the beach and blue sea just steps away. Day and night, the sounds of the sea echo the romance of Jamaica.
