Damage Deposits in most of our villas are US$500 per week. These will not be assessed if no damage occurs during your stay.
If partial damage does occur (a broken lamp, a remote control tossed in the pool, etc.), we will assess an appropriate amount.
If no damage occurs, your Damage Deposit will be refunded immediately after you return home. If you have paid by credit card,
we will charge damage against your credit card only if necessary and we will advise you in advance.
