What makes a villa
family friendly?
Children are welcome in all our homes, but some villas are especially well suited for families. Factors we consider when recommending specific homes as child-friendly include:
- grassy lawn and outdoor play area
- safe distance between house and swimming pool
- membership in beach clubs, kids' clubs and proximity to other children's activities
- children's videos
- adjoining bedrooms for parents and children.

Many of our villas enjoy membership to exclusive resorts where you can take advantage of the on-site kids club.

Meal Planning
Our cooks are happy to prepare individual meals for children of all ages and serve them at times parents suggest. Often, this means parents can linger longer over rare all-adult candlelight dinners.
Family Floor Plans
Some of our villas have bedrooms/alcoves/daybeds specifically for children. Ask our booking agents for details about the room arrangements that will suit your family.
Jamaican nannies are a beloved part of the villa experience!
Nanny Service
Employment of a nanny enables the best of all holiday worlds: carefree parents ~ and children being cared for close by. Our nannies work for an average of $10 per hour. Guests should plan to add approximately $20 per day for food for their nanny.
Villas Located in the Tryall Club
$5 per hour for one child
$2 per hour for each additional child
After 10:00 p.m.
$6 per hour for one child
$3 per hour for each additional child
If the nanny stays for the entire night, she should be paid a sleep-over fee of $30 in addition to her hourly rate.
Villas located in Round Hill
$10 per hour (1 or 2 children) Minimum of 3hrs per shift
$15 per hour (3 children)
Villas located in Discovery Bay
$8 per hour
$10 per hour for a swimming nanny
