Rooms open onto a wonderful 68' verandah where guests can gaze beyond the private pool to the magnificent 120-degree panorama of manicured grounds, golf course, sea and sky. From the newly-renovated kitchen, fabulous home-cooked meals are prepared and served by candlelight on the long verandah or inside dining area. The living room has a 27" television. Caribbean Fairways is the only villa in our collection with an air-conditioned indoor dining area and living room.

Quiet remote control air conditioners cool all the rooms. Distinctive at this villa, however, are the refreshing and cooling tradewinds. Most often, air conditioning is not needed.

The new world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel with superb shops and restaurants is five minutes away. Colorful Montego Bay and the "hip strip" are 15 minutes away. Half Moon ~ with private beach, tennis, fitness center, water sports, food and beverage, and dolphin lagoon ~ is just five minutes downhill from the villa.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Bedrooms 1 & 2

Both Master Bedrooms are 16' x 27' and have kingsize beds. En-suite baths have tub/shower combinations and double sink vanities. Adjoining children's rooms with daybeds can be closed for privacy. Both bedrooms open to verandah.

Bedrooms 3 & 4

These rooms are 14' x 17' in size with optional kingsize or twin beds. Each room has a 19" color television. Private en-suite baths have tub/shower combinations and double sink vanities. French doors open directly to the long verandah.

Bedroom 5

Downstairs ... spacious and private. En-suite bath has tiled walk-in shower. Bed in main room can be kingsize or twins. * Recent renovation added semi-private extra sleeping accommodations on a daybed in a connecting open alcove. An additional bed can be added here. This downstairs bedroom is ideal for children. Overlooks pool, golf course and sea but has no door to outside. The only door opens to the stairway to the upper level living room.
