This calculator could not be easier to use. Select a villa, choose your dates and the number of guests in your party and it will produce the per head cost of your villa vacation. Other costs like a private driver and air fare (if you know it) can be added at the bottom. The calculator will automatically insert the cost of a fulltime driver for the duration of your stay if you click the Yes button and divide the cost between the number of guests.

Remember to add into your calculations the refundable damage deposit which is $500 per villa (more in some villas). Assuming no damage occurs during your stay, we will refund this amount in total the day after you return home.

2. We have covered only the basic costs. Additional costs may include: watersports, golf, tennis, driver tips, crib/high chair rental, nannies, masseuses and alcohol beyond the minimal amount included in your villa's prestocked inventory.
3. The biggest variable may be your food budget. It all depends on the tastes and appetites of your party, so unless stated otherwise these figures are guides. Click here for a full explanation of how the food budgets operate. The recommended food budget varies from villa to villa. This calculator takes that into account. It calculates on the basis of adult occupancy. If your children have adult-sized appetites they will need adult-sized budgets! Typical budget includes a bar prestock of a few bottles of wine, Red Stripe and rum. If you request additional bar prestock, imported beef, or lots of shrimp and lobster ~ this budget will increase.
