SWEET SPOT
Located on a wide sandy beach, Sweet Spot is like a pretty jewel
box next to the sea. Its remarkable location is the best of all
worlds ... a 6,000 square foot, six-bedroom private home with a
huge lawn and beach. French doors open wide to the lovely ocean
view. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. However, you may wish to
leave your doors open at night to hear the waves lapping on the
beach. The DSS satellite system offers news, sports, movies, family
and children's programming plus several music stations.
The large lawn and beach make Sweet Spot ideal for families with
children of all ages.
KEELA WEE
Located on a private coral cove, this pretty yellow stone villa
overlooks one of Jamaica's loveliest bodies of water ~ Discovery
Bay. Interiors are beautifully furnished in fresh chintz fabrics,
Dhurrie rugs and exquisite art. Keela Wee features four air-conditioned
bedrooms with en-suite baths. Stepping stones lead 35 feet across
the velvet lawn to Keela Wee's fine sand beach and crystal clear
water. Complimentary sea kayaks and an offshore sunning platform
enable carefree hours of sport and relaxation on the azure water
just steps from the verandah. Keela Wee is ideal for families with
children who want a beachfront property.
SUGAR BAY
Sugar Bay features five bedrooms with five and a half baths. Interiors
are distinguished by elegant custom-designed furniture, color-washed
walls, gleaming breadnut floors, and fascinating objets d'art from
around the world. A sweeping staircase curves gracefully through
the dramatic living room to a minstrel's gallery and cozy upstairs
second sitting area with satellite/DSS television and vcr. Quadraphonic
speakers fill the vaulted living room, verandah and pool area with
music. Salmon-hued Italian tiles, the blue mosaic pool, flower-draped
balconies and porches, and textures of terra cotta and stone create
a Mediterranean ambiance. From the large verandah, the soft grassy
lawn gently slopes 30 feet to the 100-foot private beach. The seaside
gazebo provides a wonderful platform for watching glorious sunsets
across the water and dining romantically by candlelight. Star-gazing
from this spot is magical. The Sugar Bay staff loves hosting families
with children of all ages.
NOBLE HOUSE
This palatial four-bedroom beachfront estate sits on five acres
and features 15,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space.
The design is a series of airy pavilions with peaked roofs, its
living spaces separated by water gardens and bridges. Rooms are
walled by tall mahogany doors that open to landscaped verandahs.
Noble House features two sister properties, Serenity and Tranquillity,
on one long beachfront ~ perfect for entertaining large groups.
Combining all three properties provides 17 staff, one tennis court
and three swimming pools.
TRANQUILLITY
Relax in this beautiful four-bedroom beachfront villa with tranquil
views of the sea. The well-appointed rooms of Tranquillity stretch
over 4,800 square feet of rich marble floors. The spacious Great
Room opens to an 86' furnished verandah overlooking two acres of
landscaped grounds and the sea. Enjoy candlelight dinners served
by a butler in the romantic seaside gazebo. The master suite is
privately located in the east wing. Two more bedrooms are in the
west wing. Across the lawn is the two-story Beach Cottage on the
water's edge. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have French doors
to the wonderful tropical view.
MAHOGANY HILL
Mahogany Hill is a deluxe 10,000-square-foot, five-bedroom palatial
estate located at the famous Tryall Club. Situated on eleven acres
overlooking the Tryall golf course and the Caribbean Sea, Mahogany
Hill is among the most beautiful and spacious private homes at the
Tryall Club. The unique architecture has situated all bedrooms for
maximum privacy. Architecturally distinctive, Mahogany Hill is designed
in three levels, creating a significant sense of spaciousness and
privacy. The main level includes the Great Room, kidney-shaped pool,
dining and bar gazebos, kitchen, two bedrooms and staff quarters.
A larger swimming pool and adjacent whirlpool are on the middle
level. On this level are also a poolside bar with icemaker and sound
system, and two more bedrooms. The lowest level includes the fifth
