What amazing service.
We felt instantly welcomed by the friendliness of the staff. They anticipated
all our needs and provided for our comfort and pleasure at all times. We
loved the layout of the villa, the furnishings, bathrooms, turn down service
and the little touches like the fresh water on the night stand at bedtime.
Everything was exemplary and we cannot think of anything else that would
have made this any more of an experience of a lifetime than it already
was!

The staff at Fortlands
Point is outstanding. They are the best of any villa where I have stayed.
Not only are they the best, every service arranged by the staff was professionally
handled. The villa is very comfortable and clean - like a home away from
home. I love having the music at the beach. This far exceeded my expectations.

How
blessed to have owners who care so much for their guests! My daughter was told
not to fly the day we were to leave because of ear problems. We were so very kindly
offered another day at Fortlands Point until the doctor said it was OK for her
to fly. We can never thank the homeowner enough for this generous and caring offer.
We are greatly appreciative and will always remember that act of kindness. Thank
you for the best villa and staff on the island of Jamaica!! We love it and always
hate to leave.
