It was so lovely to be greeted by the staff when we arrived. Each
and every one of them made us feel like VIP's. They made sure we truly
felt like we were on vacation without a care in the world or a worry
on our minds. They handled everything with extraordinary grace, attention
to detail and a big smile. We couldn't have asked for better!
