Hanover House is in a lovely spot. It is a very comfortable and "easy living" home. It has a GREAT pool and nice amenities. The staff is terrific! They are warm, caring and they handled every need but they were never under foot. They are truly special

You need to know how much we enjoyed Hanover House - it was fantastic, we loved it!! I think we have all come to the conclusion that this is such a better way to vacation than being in an all-inclusive resort. We took advantage of Round Hill where we used the beach, pool and spa and it was amazing! The staff at the villa is incredible. They are so sweet and accommodating. Our private driver was such fun and we loved him as well. Thank you for everything!!

Dear Cynthia,

I'm sorry I didn't write you sooner but it's been a whirlwind of activity getting ready for Christmas. I wanted to let you know that we had a FANTASTIC time at Hanover House. We knew the house was beautiful
from the website but to see it in person exceeded all our expectations. It's always a bit daunting renting when you don't know how recent the pictures are but what you see on the website is exactly how it looked
when we arrived. Everything was immaculate upon arrival and continued to be that way throughout our stay.
We were all so in love with the house that no one wanted to leave even though we had a million and one
activities planned. Everyone was content to stay "home" and enjoy the beautiful grounds and views. Weather permitting, the kids pretty much lived in the pool and there were plenty of spirited ping pong matches to
speak of.

Now, about the staff..... they were incredible! Mr. Lloyd, God bless his soul, is a certified workaholic. That man never stops. Once he noticed that I got up between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., was a tea drinker and
liked to sit in the family room or the patio outside the family room in the mornings, he would have tea and coffee ready and waiting every morning for me. And Pam.... What a phenomenal chef. I mentioned that
I missed a certain Jamaican soup and the next day I had soup. If anyone that mentioned something in passing sure enough it showed up on the menu the next day. I can safely say we all gained 5-10 pounds from her
cooking. The name of the other three ladies escape me at the moment but they were all very helpful and available if we ever needed anything; as well as the security guard and gardener. Also, the kids fell in love
with a beautiful and friendly brown lab that roamed the property.

Cynthia, we will never forget this vacation. It was like being home again for those of us who are from Jamaica and for the first-timers, it was an experience they will have with them forever. I'm actually
getting a little choked up as I'm writing this.

In any case, I have shown everyone pictures of the house and have e-mailed your website to all my friends in hopes of spreading the word on this wonderful house. Please do let me know if it every goes up for
sale. Same on Windsong -- I went to see it while we were there and I loved the layout and the spectacular views.

Can you please do me a favor and relay our wishes for a wonderful holiday to Linda Smith and the staff at Hanover House and Happy Holidays to you.

Our group of 12 planned this vacation for over a year and now we have returned from our holiday at
Hanover House. Celebrating our 25th anniversary at this wonderful home couldn't have been better. Jamaica is our favourite place in the world and to share this with 10 friends was a great experience. Thanks to the wonderful Hanover House staff, we were able to show our friends the best side of Jamaica. The food was outstanding, with lots of local flavour it was a taste delight at every meal. The accommodations were top notch and nothing was overlooked. Our driver John added to our experience with his great driving skill, personable nature, sense of humour and care and concern for us. I highly recommend having a driver - it is money well spent and we were able to show our friends all the beautiful spots we have come to love throughout the years.
From Negril to Mayfield and YS Falls, the Appleton Rum Factory, Rose Hall, Doctors Cave, we covered it all.
Our anniversary party with 30 guests didn't phase the staff and they took an active part in our celebration. Everything about this vacation was better that we thought it would be. There wasn't 1 thing in 14 days that didn't go to plan and nothing caused us any concern. The villa vacation is truly the only way to go. I know our friends will be hard pressed to go back to "hotel style" holidays and we are already planning to organize another villa vacation. Thanks so much for your professional service. The staff here has been great and their service has been excellent. There was nothing too difficult for them to do and always with a smile. Meal times were a joy. The villa is "awesome." The layout is great, allowing each person to have absolute privacy while allowing the group to meet in comfortable common rooms.

Amazing staff - wonderful, kind, thoughtful, helpful, hard workers! They created a warm, restful and carefree vacation. The staff couldn't have been more perfect! Accommodations were maintained very well as was the housekeeping. We continually walked into clean fresh rooms. Everyone, including Leven our diver, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They accommodated our every need and did so very graciously.
